You can download a fix from the Microsoft support website. There are many downloadable tools that try to fix your print spooler automatically. Search for "Command Prompt" with the search bar. If you can't find this, try Start → Control Panel → System & Security → Administrative Tools → Print Management. Click the Dependencies tab. Your printer software may be corrupted.
