I clicked Add a Printer for the heck of it and I got a message saying “The Printer Spooler Service Terminated Unexpectedly” After about an hour and a half, I finally It seems that when ever he rebooted or even tried to open up the Windows XP printers screen he would get a message that "The Print Spooler service terminated unexpectedly."
