What Software are you using to burn?I only use Imgburn these days. I didn't realise that turning writing off using the inbuilt explorer "burn to CD" option didn't actually diable the Imapi service - it was apparently loaded when writing to a disc! I had the DVD+R DL discs for files that didn't need so much space and burning to those still presents no issue.
