It does not matter if you've got the latest operating system because no matter what kind of OS you are using, you are still prone to this error. If incase the problem does not fall to existence of some virus, you must take into consideration another solution which is to reinstall system file or software that is not running. Having said that, the wise move would be to try troubleshooting it first yourself.
