It says that disk 2 is faulty. A chap from Data Recovery suggested that depsite other 3 drives showing OK, chances are we have got multiple drive failures - hence Server is functioning in Interim Recovery Mode and advises the replacement of the failed hard drive (which I assume I can do upon receiipt of new hard driver tomorrow). Keep this HP Smart Array controller users guide handy. Their recommendation was to recreate the RAID array and restore the data, but that doesn't really help my situation. We have replaced hard drive before andhave never lost the logical drive. But some data was missed in the last backup, so I need to recover data from the drives in the original array.
