It says that disk 2 is faulty.   A chap from Data Recovery suggested that depsite other 3 drives showing OK, chances are we have got multiple drive failures - hence Server is functioning in Interim Recovery Mode and advises the replacement of the failed hard drive (which I assume I can do upon receiipt of new hard driver tomorrow).   I I am getting mixed messages and very confused !We have replaced Hard drive 3 before (before I started), I don't think we have replaced drive 5. 0 Kudos Reply waaronb Respected Plus the HP guy never even mentioned this line of repair, so it makes me a bit twitchy.

Seems odd.  Even if one drive is gone, the array should still be working.
