So, the question is: does the poppler output work? in Frame I selected distiller as the printer which launched >Acrobat 5.0 on completion and I then reprinted the problem pages. I can only assume that option is there to deal with cases like this one. Some laser printers allow you to add more memory. Breaking up the print job in smaller entities can also do the trick.
