I've never dropped the camera, the battery is fully charged, and i can't think of anything that could be wrong with it. There is obviously some potential for further damaging your camera with some of these fixes, especially with Fixes # 6 and 7.

Instead, would recommend repeated cleaning's with compressed air around the lens, and also in any openings of the camera (memory card slot, battery door, etc.).
